Customer satisfaction is important to us at Pam Pam!

If you are unhappy with the merchandise you received for any reason, simply return it to us and we will happily provide a refund under the following conditions: 

Ensure the garment is in it's original condition with all tags and swim liners attached.

Merchandise must be received within 14 days of dispatch for Australian and New Zealand customers and 28 days for all other countries.

Items are to be sent back to Pam Pam at the cost of the customer.

Pam Pam strongly recommends you return your item by registered mail such as Express Post or a registered courier (such as Fedex, UPS, DHL or TNT), so your package can be tracked. Pam Pam will not take responsibility for any undelivered merchandise. 

How do I make a return? 
1. If you would like to return the goods for a refund please email asap

2. Please send the tagged/unworn item with your name, email and order number to the address below -

3. Ensure the garment is in the original condition with tags attached 

4. Package up your item securely and send back to us using a traceable service because you will be liable for loss or damage in transit.


Please allow up to 3 business days from the date we receive the package to process your refund. From there, the funds can take between 24-72 hours to clear.
